Jack Lightle
Jack Lightle is a visionary with a unique ability to see the “big picture”. A successful businessman, Jack has owned several businesses, including a chain of floor covering stores, a modular home sales and delivery operation, a restaurant, a women’s fitness center (30 years ago before it was fashionable), and a 40-acre youth camp dedicated to helping low income and underprivileged children experience a memorable and educational summer.
Jack successfully negotiated contracts to supply floor covering to all new and existing Gibson’s Department Stores nationally (the business model of the big box store with lower prices, (and pre-Wal-Mart) and successfully negotiated with the Navajo Nation to supply floor covering to 50,000 new homes across four states.
Jack moved to Arizona in 1987 and fell in love with Hidden Valley, an unincorporated portion of the town of Maricopa. Jack began to plan out smart investment strategies to accumulate acreage in the area almost immediately and as conditions warranted, he later began accumulating investment property in the Vekol Valley, an unincorporated portion of Goodyear. A resident of Hidden Valley for the past 19 years, Jack moved into his custom luxury home on the side of the mountain five years ago.
As a resident of the area, Jack has the knowledge and the “vision” of the planned growth for the area that he shares with excitement and expertise. His casual conversation style mixed with humor makes a visit with Jack an unforgettable and enlightening experience.
Cameron Lightle
Cameron joined his father at the company in 2005 after the unprecedented growth of the company. He brings with him his entrepreneurial spirit and his positive approach to new opportunities. Cameron has had a variety of jobs, in construction and real estate prior to joining the ‘family firm’. You will notice that he retains some of his native Oklahoma ‘twang’, despite his best efforts to lose it. He holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is exceedingly eager to assist buyers make the right investment strategies when purchasing Arizona property.
Jillian McHenry
Jillian joined Arizona Land Company in 2003, and is the Administrative Assistant for the enterprise, the pleasant ‘voice’ of our company.
She is the epitome of an excellent real estate assistant, flawlessly keeping track of all the myriad details that occur in our transactions.
Jillian is unflappable, too, which is a prime prerequisite to operate in our business.
